  • Native Database-Level Isolation: Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures strict multi-tenant boundaries across shared cell deployments and dedicated private infrastructure alike.

  • Universal Entities: Eliminates duplicate data sync drift across applications. An organization or physical facility exists once at the platform layer, serving as a shipper in TMS, a facility in WMS, or a vendor in an ERP ledger.

  • Decoupled Engine Layer: Algorithmic computation (mileage, rating, optimization) runs stateless and decoupled from underlying database schemas, usable across multiple suites or sold as standalone micro-products.

  • Machine-First Access Control: Scoped API credentials, rate-limiting, and quotas designed to treat autonomous micro-products, external systems, and companion tools as trusted machine principals.
